CHIC CLOSET: Wearable Foods

What can be more cool and creative than a dress made of bubble gum and chocolate? Celebrities have been surprising us, wearing ubercreative designs made out of beef (Lady Gaga; Cindy Fabre has recently modeled in chocolate bikini. The essence of clothing and food has been reinterpreted. A fine artist Sung Yeonju created the whole series of food dresses called "Wearable Foods". She used photography as her main medium to create her vision!

This tasty outfit was designed by Benjamin Brass and constructed by Puyricard, an artisan chocolate-maker.

Korean Artist Sung Yeonju took the art world by storm with her incredible series of dresses made of various foods, entitled "Wearable Foods".

Eggplant Dress


Yeonju started her "Wearable Food" series two years ago. The designer used eggplant, tomatoes, and bubblegum to create beautiful dresses and corsets.

Another interesting example of "Food Dresses" is Lady Gaga's dress made out of some choice cuts of beef.


Franc Fernandez
is the man behind the controversial meat dress made from 40 pounds of flank steak. The look was styled by Nicola Formichetti.
