POWER of Sisters.

Every relationship is unique but the bond between sisters is especially powerful. The twin birth rate in the United States is approximately 32 twin live births per 1,000 live births. Some researchers have found that having close connections can lead to healthier, more fulfilling lives. No wonder sisters often choose the same life path and become famous singers, models and designers together!!!

1. Beyonce and Solange Knowles.

Solange Knowles is a recording artist, actress and model. has always been compared by the media to her sister, Beyoncé, whom she considers one of her role models. Solange is one of the newest Rimmel London's faces.

2. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

CDFA, June 6th, 2011

At CDFA The Olsen twins presented their own bag designs from 2011 Fall Collection. Mary-Kate Olsen and her twin sister, Ashley, have been famous their entire live. The style icons, fashionistas and designers have been working hard: the clothing line in Wal-Mart stores in 2004 as well as their beauty line called "Mary-Kate and Ashley: Real fashion for real girls". The twins became the faces of upscale fashion line Badgley Mischka in 2006, and launched own new couture fashion label "The Row" named after the famous Savile Row of London.

3. Gisele and Patricia Bundchen.

Gisele was discovered by Elite when she was 14 years old. The girl was having lunch at McDonald's. She started her career and moved to New York soon. Gisele has done ads and runway shows for various fashion houses including Valentino, Zara, Bvlgari, Tommy Hilfiger, Chloe, Celine, Versace, Christian Dior, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Victoria's Secret, and Dolce & Gabbana by now.

Chic Studios grads - a night of Runway Makeup!

Chic Studios NYC grads reunited for a night of fashion, fun, and a good cause! Our talented alumni worked with key artist, famed Lazarus the Makeup Man, for all models at the Global Fashion Show to benefit the Bisila Bokoko African Literacy Project, held on October 22nd, 2010 at F.I.T.

Not only did the grads get to hone their skills and experience, but worked on two former America’s Next Top Model contestants, Amina from Season 12, and Fatima, from Season 10.
Former Chic graduate Rosemary Kokuhilwa created the event, which featured emerging fashion designers from around the globe.
